Louis Kwame Fosu,?President?(Washington DC/New York/Accra), is a policy adviser, consummate lobbyist, and complex problem solver. Fosu has provided expert advice to US Congress Members, African Presidents and government officials.

Fosu?seeks business partnerships for innovative business investments, navigates government barriers and regulations to halt threats to corporations and individuals,?while managing and advancing a corporation?s profitable investment interests and corporate responsibility.

Louis Fosu builds complex trusting relationships to advance global business and resolve complex social problems. He currently advises African officials on economic development, education and health issues.?Fosu has also worked as the Director for Policy and International Affairs at the Rebecca Project for Justice, and as a Legislative Fellow for Congressman Charles Rangel; Fosu has also taught economics, business management and business law as an adjunct professor in New York.

Mr. Louis Fosu earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, M.B.A. from Pace University, BA from CUNY.

Ge (Gale) Wang?VP?(Beijing), is a brilliant accountant and?business analyst. She co-chairs the firm’s Finance/Investment Committee and co-manages the Accounting & Actuary practice.

Ms. Ge Wang earned her M.B.A. from Pace University Lubin School of Business, and a B.Sc. from Beijing Forestry University. For the past decade she has managed private high-level clients, and also worked as a senior accountant for MRI (New Jersey) and Senior Auditor for?Ernst & Young, LLP (Beijing).

Ms. Ge Wang is proud of China?s investments in Africa and believes that a?country’s standard of living depends on good governance?and the ability to produce goods and services. Therefore, continued sustainable investment by China, businesses and philanthropists, investing directly in people, with sensible business innovations and solutions, to improve the wealth of their developing sovereign nations, is very beneficial and essential for Africans.

Grace Akallo?(Washington/Kampala), is a dedicated expert adviser and advocate for women, democratic principles and conflict resolution in Africa. Ms. Akallo?is a former Child Solider from Uganda?and?advises government officials for commitments to democratic non-violent principles in?conflict resolution,?gender equity and child protection in Africa, through education and legislation.?She is co-chair of the firm?s Corporate Philanthropy Committee, Public Policy & Political Committees, and?co-manages the International lobbying practice.

Ms. Grace Akallo earned a Masters from Clark University in International Development and Social in Change, Massachusetts; Bachelors from Gordon College, Massachusetts.

Ms. Grace Akallo is also the Founder and Executive Director of United Africans for Women and Children Rights. Before she founded UAWCR in 2009, Grace Akallo worked at Rachelle Rehabilitation Center dedicated to rehabilitating and reintegrating former child soldier in their communities and worked with World Vision?and Amnesty International.

Ms. Grace Akallo was a featured guest on the Oprah Winfrey show and spoke about her ordeal and courage as a child solider abducted and victimized as a child in one of the most brutal rebel militia groups in Uganda, the Lord?s Resistance Army (LRA), led by the infamous Joseph Kony. Ms. Akallo has addressed the UN Security Council and UN bodies with Actor Lucy Liu, and Ann Veneman. Ms. Akallo also testified before the United States House of Representatives at the invitation of Congressman Christopher Smith, Chairman of the Africa and Global Health Congressional Committee.

Solomon Krow?(New York/Accra), is an IT Engineer and Information Systems engineer with over 20 yrs. experience working and consulting for the financial and health industries.

Mr. Papa Krow, is certified as Data Communications and Network Engineer, Novell NetWare Administrator, VCP VI3, Vmware Professional, Microsoft Systems Engineer, and Webmaster earned from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Mr. Krow has in-depth experience leading corporate projects, systems, audio visual communication and business integration. He has designed and administered VMware Virtual Infrastructures, trained and supported the consolidation of scores of company-wide helpdesks into one administrative system and process for Active Directory roll-out and IBM outsourcing. He is a skillful problem solver, adept in customer relationship management (CRM), full life cycle development (FLCD), process improvements and business re-engineering methodologies.
